Enter your mouse DPI and in-game sensitivity. This free eDPI calculator gives you your eDPI, how far your mouse travels for a full turn, the mousepad size that fits your aim, and the same sensitivity in other games.

How the eDPI Calculator Works
eDPI is your mouse DPI multiplied by your in-game sensitivity. It folds two settings into one number, so an 800 DPI player at 1.2 and a 1600 DPI player at 0.6 have the same eDPI and the same aim speed. It only compares within one game, because every game turns the camera by a different amount for each count the mouse sends.
That amount is the game's yaw value, and it is what the cm/360 and conversion figures are built on. A cm/360 is the distance your mouse travels for one full turn, the one measure that means the same thing in every game. The converter keeps it identical, so the same physical flick turns you the same distance after you switch.
Counter-Strike 2's yaw comes straight from Valve's console variable list. Riot, Respawn, Blizzard and Activision have never published theirs, so the Valorant, Apex Legends, Overwatch 2 and Call of Duty values are the ones the community has measured. Conversions cover hipfire only; scoped and aim-down-sights multipliers work differently in every game.
The mousepad suggestion assumes you start in the middle of the pad and need room to turn 180 degrees either way, which means the pad should be about as wide as your cm/360. Our CS2 mousepad guide and Valorant mouse guide cover specific picks for each size.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers about eDPI, cm/360 and converting sensitivity between games.
What is a good eDPI?
There is no single good number, because eDPI only compares within one game. A low eDPI suits players who aim with the arm and want fine control, a high eDPI suits wrist aimers who want fast turns. A good setting is one where a 180-degree turn fits comfortably on your mousepad and you can still track a moving target.
Is eDPI the same across different games?
No. eDPI is DPI times sensitivity, and every game turns the camera by a different amount per mouse count, so an eDPI of 800 in Counter-Strike 2 does not feel like 800 in Valorant. To compare across games, use cm/360, which measures the physical distance for a full turn and means the same thing everywhere.
What is cm/360?
cm/360 is how many centimeters you move the mouse to turn a full circle in game. It combines your DPI, your sensitivity and the game's yaw value into one physical distance, which is why it is the number to match when you move between games.
How do I find my mouse DPI?
Check your mouse's software, such as Logitech G HUB, Razer Synapse or the maker's own app, which shows the DPI steps and the one that is active. If the mouse has no software, the manual lists the default DPI steps and the DPI button cycles through them.
Why does the converter list only five games?
Converting between games needs each game's yaw value. Counter-Strike 2 publishes its value, and Valorant, Apex Legends, Overwatch 2 and Call of Duty have community-measured values that every major converter agrees on. Other games have conflicting published values, so they are left out rather than risk a wrong number. The eDPI calculation itself works for any game.
